5 years Transformix !
This week it’s been 5 years ago that I formally registered Transformix!
As to be expected, and based on clients’ needs, my Coaching practice has changed and developed a fair bit. Starting with an emphasize on Business Planning, my program slowly shifted towards Operational & Organizational Change and Operational Efficiencies.
While the majority of clients have made major progress, a few are so buried in “working in the business”, that I recently added the option to step in as a “Fractional COO” to directly implement the most critical changes in their Organizational Structure, Management Practices and Work Processes.
It’s been an incredible 5 years, working with a few dozen business owners and their staff, with many laughs and a few tears, lots of hope and some frustration, major breakthroughs and, unfortunately, a couple of set-backs.
The success stories and testimonials that I have received over these years are making this such an incredible rewarding job: I look forward to the next 5 years!
